The VS170W Kids' Ball (yellow-green) was specially developed to bring fun and enjoyment to children as young as 4 years old (kindergarten age) when playing volleyball. For this reason, the "Kids" volleyball has been awarded the "FIVB inspected" category by the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB).

The very soft surface (EVA) and its low weight (180g) are the decisive factors. Firstly, the ball flies slower, and secondly, the fear of sore and red forearms, typical of low-level receptions (dragging, defending), is completely eliminated. This allows children to learn much faster and is ideal for beginners.

The VS170W stands out due to its surface material. EVA stands for ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, a very soft yet extremely durable foam specifically developed for the production of balls.

In terms of construction and design, the VS170W children's ball appears similar to the V200W, the official match ball of the FIVB.
