The lightweight VS220W ball (yellow-blue) was specially developed to bring fun and enjoyment to children ages 10-14, as well as beginners in adult volleyball. For this reason, the VS220W volleyball has been awarded the "FIVB inspected" category by the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB).

The very soft surface (EVA) and its reduced weight are the key factors. Firstly, the ball flies slower, and secondly, the fear of sore and red forearms, typical of low-level receptions (dragging, defending), is completely eliminated. This allows for rapid learning success. The V220W is therefore ideal for beginners.

The V220W impresses with its very comfortable surface material. EVA stands for ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, a very soft yet durable foam specifically developed for the production of balls.

In terms of construction and design, the VS220W children's ball appears similar to the V200W, the official match ball of the FIVB.
